One of Tamara's passions is coaching new therapists and sharing knowledge to enhance therapist's clinical skills. With over 14 years of experience, Tamara strives to ensure both a challenging and affordable supervision to those who are looking to grow both clinically and emotionally to obtain their clinical license. She enjoys consulting with other clinicians on how to advance in the private practice setting by offering coaching, support and encouragement. 

Tamara graduated in 2009 from NMSU with her Masters in Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has experience working with a variety of clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, post-partum depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse and PTSD. Tamara is trained and certified in EMDR and an EMDRIA approved consultant. After 7 years of experience working in an inpatient hospital she spent 2 years practicing under a private group. In the summer of 2018, Tamara opened Open Minds Healing And Recovery and has continued to expand her practice to better meet the needs of her community. She is committed to ensuring the therapists who practice with her provide the highest quality mental health and addiction services to you and your family.

With over ten years' experience in customer service and financial management Cassie works well independently and as a part of a team. She knows clear communication, positivity, and thinking outside of the box are the keys to providing great customer service. She looks forward to putting her business background to work through processing billing, credentialing, marketing and other back office tasks.

Delilah also loves to be able to help others in finding their way navigating thru this journey.
