Kimberly Christos, LCSW (She/Her)

Kimberly has 10 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings. Her experience Includes working with mental health needs such as substance abuse disorders, depressive and anxiety disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, as well as Borderline Personality Disorder. Kimberly uses an integrative approach utilizing techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness. She is a strengths-based, client-centered therapist who works with clients to improve their well-being. Kimberly received a Master of Health Science in Addiction Studies and a Master of Social Work from Governors State University in Chicago’s Southland. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, gardening, practicing yoga, watching sports, and spending time with her family (which includes furry family members) and friends.
